At Discovery Creative Pathways (DCP) – Redford, a free public charter school managed by Phalen Leadership Academies, we’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every scholar is valued and supported. Serving grades K–8, our mission is to help scholars grow in confidence, curiosity, and character while developing the skills they need to become future leaders.

The McKinney-Vento Act protects scholars from discrimination based on their lack of a permanent residence. Homeless Scholars are eligible to receive a variety of services including: transportation services, free meals under the school nutrition programs, limited English proficiency class, gifted and talented programs, and special education services based on a scholar’s eligibility.
