WELCOME MESSAGE

FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Welcome to Discovery Creative Pathways (DCP) – Redford, where every scholar is safe, supported, and inspired to achieve their best. Our Board of Directors is proud to serve the families and scholars of Redford, partnering with Phalen Leadership Academies to provide a nurturing, high-quality education that helps every child reach their full potential.

We believe strong schools are built through collaboration and community. Families are vital partners in our mission, and we invite all parents, guardians, and community members to stay connected and participate in our open Board Meetings. Your voice and involvement help shape the continued success of DCP Redford and ensure that every decision reflects the heart of our community.

Together, we are building a safe, caring environment where scholars learn, grow, and lead with confidence.
